We do not offer refunds/returns for personalized items or custom wood boxes. However, we want to ensure that you are fully satisfied. If there are any issues with your custom gift, please message us within 1 business day of delivery.

All items ship via USPS Priority Mail, as well as UPS. We are not responsible for damages during delivery or shipping to an incorrectly provided address. If your item was damaged, please take pictures and send them to us right away so we may begin the claim process.

If your design is larger than 20" it will come in pieces and there will a slightly line where the acrylic connects.
